Our AI uses multiple nutrition databases including USDA and advanced image recognition to provide accurate estimates. For best results, take clear photos with good lighting and include the entire meal in frame.
Does Eatiq work offline?
AI food scanning requires an internet connection. However, you can manually log foods, view your history, and access your recipes offline.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Go to Settings on your iPhone → tap your Apple ID at the top → Subscriptions → Eatiq → Cancel Subscription. You'll keep access until the end of your billing period.
Can I sync with Apple Health?
Yes! Eatiq integrates with Apple Health. Go to Settings in the app and enable Apple Health sync to share your nutrition and weight data.
Is my data private?
Absolutely. Your data is stored securely and never shared with third parties. You can delete your account and all data at any time from the app Settings.
How do I restore my subscription on a new device?
Simply sign in with the same Apple ID you used to purchase. Your subscription will be automatically restored. You can also tap "Restore Purchases" on the subscription screen.
