By downloading, installing, or using Eatiq ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Eatiq is a nutrition tracking application that uses artificial intelligence to analyze food photos and estimate nutritional content. The App provides:

• AI-powered food recognition and calorie estimation
• Nutrition tracking and logging
• Weight tracking and goal setting
• Meal planning features
• Recipe suggestions
• Integration with Apple Health

3. Health Disclaimer

Eatiq is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

The nutritional information provided by our AI is an estimate and may not be 100% accurate. Always consult with a healthcare professional or registered dietitian before making significant changes to your diet, especially if you have:

• Diabetes or other metabolic conditions
• Eating disorders or history thereof
• Food allergies or intolerances
• Pregnancy or breastfeeding
• Any medical condition affecting nutrition

4. User Accounts

To use certain features of the App, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Be responsible for all activities under your account

5. Subscriptions and Payments

Free Features: Basic features are available without a subscription.

Premium Subscription: Advanced features require a paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed through Apple's App Store and are subject to Apple's terms.

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
• Subscription automatically renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID Account Settings
• No refunds for partial subscription periods

Free Trial: If offered, the free trial converts to a paid subscription unless cancelled before the trial ends.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Upload inappropriate, offensive, or illegal content
• Attempt to reverse engineer or hack the App
• Interfere with the App's operation or security
• Create multiple accounts to abuse free trials
• Share your account with others

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of Eatiq, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by Underrso and protected by international copyright and trademark laws.

You retain ownership of photos and data you upload, but grant us a license to process this data to provide our services.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Eatiq is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated nutritional estimates
• We are not liable for any health outcomes from using the App
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the subscription

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time through the App settings. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes through the App. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
